Analytics & Reports Analytics & Reports
A key requirement of an enterprise wiki is that it should provide metrics so end-users get immediate feedback on how is the system being used as well as which are the most popular pages, most frequently edited pages etc. SamePage includes integrated Analytics that captures metrics at run-time and provides powerful, graphical views that instantly convey valuable feedback to readers and administrators.
  • Project AnalyticsEvery Project workspace has its own Analytics section that gives useful reports like Most Popular Pages, Most Active Pages and Top Rated Pages so project members get an immediate feedback. Popularity is based on number of Views while Activity is based on number of Edits. Readers can also rate pages which gets summarized in Top Rated Pages report.
  • System AnalyticsEvery System Administrator (or Domain Administrator for hosted versions) can get similarly get useful reports like Most Popular Projects, Most Active Projects and Top Rated Pages across Projects. Additionally, they also can get summary reports like Project Summary, Login Summary, Usage Summary etc that give a high-level view of the overall system usage.
  • Flexible PeriodsAll Reports can be browsed for a particular day, week or month. Users can also specify any random time period for which they want the metrics to be computed. This makes it useful to measure the wiki activity generated around a particular event.
  • Graphical ViewsAll Reports come with graphical interfaces like Pie Charts or Bar Charts so the gist can be conveyed instantly. Administrators can also use these graphical views in their management reports to add more impact to their messages.
  • Drill-Down ReportsThe Summary reports also allow easy drill-down for a more detailed, tabular view of the analytics data.
