Simple and Inuititive wiki Simple and intuitive wiki
Collaborate with ease and simplicity of a wiki without having to learn wiki syntax. SamePage WYSIWYG Editor is unmatched in features and ease of use. If you know how to use MS Word, you are a SamePage expert already. It's easy and intuitive to create, connect, and navigate multiple eTouch SamePage pages and projects workspaces. Complete history of all edits is kept to view full edit history of the page and go back to any previous version.
  • Editing any page with the ease of MS Word is just a click away. Creating a new page or a sub-page is just as easy. Your pages are conveniently organized in a hierarchy within project workspace.
  • Format your page content without using wiki notations:
    • use headings, boldface, underline and add bullets
    • insert links, add images, attach files
    • create, format, and even sort tables
    • undo and redo
    • switch to full-screen editing mode
    • and don't forget the spell-check.
  • With a single-click you can import any existing MS Word document along with images and tables as a page within SamePage. You can also export a page as a Word document or PDF.
  • You can easily incorporate content from SamePage or other web pages with a handy Page Include plugin. SamePage includes a number of useful plugins out-of-the box or you can create your own to extend SamePage functionality to fit your unique needs.
  • Use templates to quickly create pages and standardize your content and layout. Any page can become a template with a click of a button.

  • With AutoSave and implicit check-in/check-out, multiple people can work on the same page and never worry about loosing any work.
  • To make better use of MS Excel spreadsheets by sharing them online, SamePage Editor provides Excel Import feature. You can of course reuse and share content from any MS Office or other applications with copy and paste.
  • Complete edit history is kept in our robust content repository. You can compare changes and versions side by side and revert to any previous version.

  • Keep tack of changes and stay on top of what's new with the page subscriptions and daily digest. Simply add relevant pages to you personal Watch List or subscribe to the Daily Digest and you will be notified of relevant changes. To see what's new at a glance, take a look at the list of Recently Updated pages.
  • Pages can be linked within the project or to pages in other projects or to anything on the web. To create a placeholder for a page that will be created a later time, SamePage also lets you create Wanted pages. You can, of course, comment on any page, and every page can be emailed, converted to PDF, or printed.

  • Page-level permissions give you flexibility to select which groups or users can view, edit or comment on the content of the page.
